Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Circulator RN - Surgical Services. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in Michigan
  • Current BLS
  • ACLS required within 6 months of Hire. PALS required within 1 year of hire.
  • Must pass Cardiac Rhythm Recognition exam within 3 months of hire; may retake test only once -OR- CAMMP (Dysrhythmia Interpretation and Management Course) must completed within one year of hire if unable to pass Cardiac Rhythm Recognition exam.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as circulator RN.
  • Interpersonal skills: supportive, active listener, effective communicator with patient, family members, medical and hospital staff, ability to work as a team member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides professional peri-operative nursing care. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the successful delivery of quality patient care in the peri-operative period.
