Gemini is looking for a 2nd shift Sand Molder to join the team at our location in Decorah, IA! Come be a part of a positive, people-first culture that is focused on leveraging each team members’ strengths to help bring our customers’ unique signage products to life.

 

 

Wage Range: $21.53 - $28.49

Location: Decorah, IA

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 4 10-hour days, Monday - Thursday

• Overtime is scheduled as needed and completed on Friday.

A day in the life of a Sand Molder:

  • Makes, assembles, and prepares sand molds.   
  • Removes hardened sand from forms.   
  • Inspects and cleans molds and mixer daily by removing solidified sand as required.
  • Work Environment involves sand and varying temperatures.   
  • Reports to Plant Supervisor.
