Fitness Coach - Private Studio - Full-Time or Part-Time - Up to $30hr

The Exercise Coach in Dedham Marketplace is a private fitness studio where coaching is the entire job. No gym floor. No membership sales. No cold outreach. You show up, coach committed clients, and go home knowing you did real work.

What You'll Do
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group (2–4 clients) training using our science-backed system
- Track and report client progress — our technology does the heavy lifting on data
- Lead client consultations and help new members understand their program
- Manage your session schedule and client accounts
- Uphold the studio's cleanliness and professional standards

What We're Looking For
- Current CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certified
- 1+ year coaching experience preferred; strong new graduates considered
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Patient, encouraging coaching style — our clients range from 40s to 80s
- Availability for early mornings (6am starts) and at least two Saturdays per month (8am–2pm)
