We are seeking experienced diesel mechanics to perform service work on our medium and heavy-duty equipment, at our Deer Park facility.Â
The brands of equipment in use are:
Guzzlers, Keith Hubber, LEDWELL, NLB pumps, Alkota pumps, Kenworth, Peterbilt & Freightliner
Â
 The types of equipment in use are but not limited to the following.
- Â Air movers
- Â Vacuum trucks
- Â Hydro-excavators
- Â Roll-off trucks
- Â Chemical circulators
- Â Hydro-blasters and pressure washers
- Â Hydro-blaster shell sides, and X-guns 10K, 20K.
- Â Gooseneck and bumper pull trailers
- Â Pickups F-250 to F-550
 Duties of the shop mechanics are but limited to are as follows.
- Perform preventive PMs on all our equipment. Oil, filters, greasing.
- Must be able to work on 12- and 24-volt electrical systems.
- Perform trouble shooting and use of diagnostic computer on Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit, engines.
- Need to have current knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
- Current knowledge of drivetrains, transmissions, transfer cases, rear ends.
- Current knowledge of air brakes, hydraulic brakes, air valves, and related components.
- Current knowledge of hydraulic component systems to properly trouble shoot, PTO’s, hydraulic lines, DCV’s etc.
- Hydro blasting trouble shooting, being able to diagnosis issue with pump on 10K, 20K, 40K units.
- Other tasks to be assigned by the Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a diesel mechanic.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation, a valid license, with a clean record.
- Must be able to pass random drug screening.
 Preferred Qualifications:

- CDL Class A & B is highly preferred but not required
The USA DeBusk Industrial Maintenance Shop is looking for 2 mechanics to perform repairs on equipment to pass DOT/FMCSA inspections. Experience with some of the above-mentioned equipment will be very helpful.

There are 2 ways to qualify for inspectors:
- You have your own certification card for DOT/FMCSA Inspector.
 Or qualify by 1 or more of the following means, they are as follows.
- 1 year experience working in a truck manufacturing – sponsored training program.Â
- Experience as a mechanic / inspector in a motor carrier maintenance program.

- Must be able to work extended hours and rotational schedules.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
