Our client is looking for a Process Safety Engineer to oversee process safety programs at terminal sites in Texas and Louisiana.

Our client is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to lead and implement process safety programs across terminal sites in Texas and Louisiana. This is a key role ensuring regulatory compliance, process risk mitigation, and a zero-incident culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for PSM, RMP, and QRA.
Lead HAZOPs, LOPAs, and Human Reliability Analyses.
Support audits, investigations, training, and SOP development.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and API standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Process Safety (Master’s preferred)
5+ years’ experience in process safety or operations within the chemical industry
Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910.119, EPA RMP, and API 754
Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills

This position requires regular field engagement and travel between terminals.
