We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our customers by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth overall experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt and professional support
  • Assist with order entry, tracking, and scheduling to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure requests are handled accurately and on time
  • Proactively communicate updates and status information to clients
  • Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and account details
  • Help resolve service concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Support reporting and provide insights to help improve the overall customer experience
What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
