We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Team Member to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and sanitation of our community's common areas and facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to providing residents and guests with a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, clubhouse, fitness center, and other common areas.
  
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
  
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners.
  
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.
  
• Dust furniture, light fixtures, baseboards, vents, and other surfaces.
  
• Restock restroom supplies, paper products, soap, and other janitorial inventory.
  
• Clean elevators, stairwells, hallways, entryways, and lobbies.
  
• Maintain the cleanliness of pool areas, patios, and outdoor common spaces by removing debris, emptying trash, and straightening furniture.
  
• Perform light exterior cleaning, including sweeping sidewalks and picking up litter.
  
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to management.
  
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, mops, and pressure washers.
  
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and ensure compliance with OSHA safety guidelines.
  
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
  
• Support the maintenance team with light duties as assigned.
  
• Maintain janitorial supply inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
