SCRUM MASTER AND PM COMBO

Certifications are always good to have, but the experience would matter the most.

Candidate should have background of

SSO / identity / federation programs (SAML, OAuth, etc.)
Security-focused initiatives (assessments, remediation, compliance alignment)
Enterprise system integrations (internal platforms + external vendors)

Since the candidate needs to have Sr Project Manager Experience, they need to have good experience both as SCRUM MASTER & PM.

If they have that, they have security, and I’d just ask about systems integration projects (pretty good chance they’ll have that also if they are a seasoned PM w/ this type of background)

SSO / identity/federation programs (SAML, OAuth, etc.)

Other words to look for that could pull in security-related PMs you could try would be terms like SOC, PIM, IAM, MFA, SIEM, Cyber Security

Any of these certs, while not required, are another good sign you’ve got a guy -- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP
