- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, packages, and phone calls;
- Welcome customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests connect with the appropriate office personnel;
- Manage schedules for conference rooms and shared community spaces;
- Maintain inventory of office and break room supplies;
- Process work orders and schedule repairs for general office space and equipment;
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including coordinating meetings and events, conducting research, and preparing and updating documents to ensure smooth office operations.
