Job Summary

Are you a supply chain professional with a passion for collaboration and process improvement? We are looking for a Senior Business Process Manager to support and enhance a high-impact, multi-million-dollar process within our retail or healthcare network. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing end-to-end process performance, partnering with suppliers and drive measurable improvements. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the design and refinement of new processes, helping optimize workflows as the business evolves. Your recommendations will influence operational decisions and shape how this process performs in the long term. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly impacts supply chain efficiency, cost, and customer experience. Job Responsibilities
  • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Acts as a specialist in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues. Provides advanced expertise and knowledge in complex area of specialization. Identifies and researches unique customer opportunities, issues, and requests.
  • Establishes and maintains constructive working relationships and keeps stakeholders informed of progress or status , addressing the underlying needs of the stakeholders.
  • Provides advanced expertise and knowledge in complex area of specialization. Outlines specific objectives and processes that are focused on generating innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Participates in functional and cross functional teams to meet objectives, improve processes, and improve stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups. May be an influencer with both internal and external groups.
  • Outlines specific objectives and processes that are focused on generating innovative solutions to critical business problems.
  • Implements innovative processes or changes that support the goals of the function or department.
  • Develops and submits ideas which support the achievement of innovative goals.
  • May have oversight over projects and/or processes.
  • May or may not have direct reports.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in a supply chain or business role OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 7 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.
  • APICS CSCP Certification or other Supply Chain qualifications.
  • Analytics tools: SQL, PowerBI, Databricks or other reporting environments.
  • External partner collaboration.
  • Excellent formal and informal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in a supply chain or business role OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 7 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.
