About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure high-quality food presentation and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Assist in training new kitchen team members as needed.
Adapt to changing menus and special requests with flexibility and creativity.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
