This position is 100 percent outpatient and offers a flexible schedule within a collaborative environment supported by specialists and advanced practice providers. • Join an established primary care team with strong specialty support
• 100 percent outpatient Internal medicine practice with flexible scheduling options

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care
• Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
