Healthcare United is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join a large and well-supported primary care network in Northern Illinois. This position is 100 percent outpatient and offers a flexible schedule within a collaborative environment supported by specialists and advanced practice providers. Physicians will have the opportunity to develop a practice aligned with their interests while maintaining strong work life balance. Teaching opportunities are available for those interested in working with medical students and residents

• Join an established primary care team with strong specialty support
• 100 percent outpatient Internal medicine practice with flexible scheduling options
• Provide comprehensive care including preventative services chronic disease management and acute care
• Opportunity to participate in teaching with medical students and residents
• Practice within a large integrated health system with advanced clinical resources
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation




Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care
• Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
• Commitment to patient centered care
