Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8-6:30pm, must be able to work 2 evenings per week What will you be doing? Therapist QMHP are responsible for the provision of case management and counseling services to both adults and children/adolescents who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness.  Services are provided in family and individual treatment settings with both adult and children/adolescents. Services are offered both onsite and, in the community/client home. Therapists are expected to work with a team of service providers within the agency and throughout the social service community to ensure that all needs of clients are met. Essential Job Responsibilities  Attendance at scheduled work hours including evening hours Provide effective individual, couples, & family counseling, as assigned Complete clinical assessments that meet the requirements of program funders and applicable administrative rules Refer clients for community-based case management services as needed Provide case management services as medically necessary Complete required documentation (IM+CANS, documentation including encounters, consents) on a timely basis Meet minimum service provision/billing standards.  Acquire and maintain required certifications and trainings Abide by AID’s Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures Maintain professional judgment and performance regardless of personal issues Employee promotes awareness and respect for the diversity of our clients, employees, families and other stakeholders.  What will we provide Full Time employees. Benefits_Summary.pdf  21 Days of Paid Time Off prorated based on hours worked plus 10 Paid Holidays  Paid training Tuition reimbursement  Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, Critical Illness and accident insurance  401K with a 3.5% company contribution after one year  What will you bring to the table?  Education: Master’s degree in a human services field License/certifications: License preferred (LPC or LSW) Experience: At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred Physical: Navigation of stairs on a regular basis; Tolerance of unkempt home conditions of clients  Equipment: Computer with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications Copy machine Telephone with voice mail system Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work evening hours Use of personal automobile Maintain automobile liability insurance as defined by AID’s personnel policies ​​​Maintain valid Illinois driver’s license Meet/maintain driving record standards as defined by AID’s insurance carrier.
