About the Role:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to pediatric patients across Eagle Pass. You'll support children in reaching their developmental milestones by improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence in daily life.

Scheduling Options:
  • Part-Time: Less than 24 visits/week
  • Full-Time: 25+ visits/week
  • Daytime and after-school hours available
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
  • Evaluate developmental delays using standardized tools.
  • Teach families daily living skills and home programs.
  • Document sessions and patient progress accurately.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and care teams.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
  • $2,000 Sign-on Bonus! (For full-time employment only, paid after 90 days of employment).
