 We are in need of a Building Maintenance Technician for our multiple locations. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Building Maintenance Technician will own the job duties listed below:
 
Responsibilities

  • Ability to use a variety of tools in different weather conditions
  • Efficiently and safely operate electric and gas-powered hand tools
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Drive a company vehicle safely between locations

Requirements

  • Plumbing experience preferred
  • Light electrical repair experience
  • Experience as a well-rounded handyman is a plus
  • Proficient in use of smart devices and computers 
  • Valid driver’s license
  • OSHA compliance awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Great work ethic
  • Mechanical ability
  • Common sense
  • Decision making
  • Able to work with a team and individually
