Salary Range: $28–$32/hr | Mon–Thurs | 2:45pm–12:45am
What You’ll Do
Become the heartbeat of our production floor by keeping our specialized brush‑manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. You will:
Troubleshoot and repair tufting, trimming, cutting, and assembly machinery
Perform preventative maintenance that keeps downtime low and productivity high
Support machine changeovers and precision tooling adjustments
Execute safe electrical and mechanical work using proper LOTO procedures
Sharpen and maintain cutting blades for high‑accuracy production
Collaborate with Engineering on tooling, upgrades, and continuous improvement
Mentor teammates and help elevate our technical excellence

What You Bring
Experience with brush manufacturing equipment or similar specialty machinery (preferred, not required)
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical processes
A safety‑first mindset and high attention to detail
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
