Salary Range:  $28–$32/hr | Mon–Thurs | 2:45pm–12:45am

What You’ll Do

Become the heartbeat of our production floor by keeping our specialized brush‑manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. You will:

  • Troubleshoot and repair tufting, trimming, cutting, and assembly machinery

  • Perform preventative maintenance that keeps downtime low and productivity high

  • Support machine changeovers and precision tooling adjustments

  • Execute safe electrical and mechanical work using proper LOTO procedures

  • Sharpen and maintain cutting blades for high‑accuracy production

  • Collaborate with Engineering on tooling, upgrades, and continuous improvement

  • Mentor teammates and help elevate our technical excellence

What You Bring

  • Experience with brush manufacturing equipment or similar specialty machinery (preferred, not required)

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical processes

  • A safety‑first mindset and high attention to detail

  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
