What You’ll Do

Build genuine patient relationships
Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
Deliver high-quality clinical hygiene care
Work alongside a collaborative, supportive dental team
Use modern technology and digital systems
Help create a welcoming, positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

Active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene license
Positive attitude and team mentality
Strong communication skills
Passion for patient care and education
Comfortable with modern technology
Reliable, growth-oriented, and motivated

New grads are encouraged to apply.

Pay + Benefits

Starting pay at $48+/hour
$5,000 sign-on bonus
$1,000 loupes reimbursement
Profit-sharing opportunities
