Job Title: Senior Laboratory Manager
Location: DeLand, FL (Onsite)
Salary: $97,100 – $148,700 + $7,500 Annual Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Senior Laboratory Manager to lead a high-volume, high-complexity clinical laboratory. This role is responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving process improvements, and leading laboratory teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and performance.
* Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory supervisors and staff.
* Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and federal/state laboratory regulations.
* Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor staffing, workflow, and operational metrics.
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
* 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience in a high-volume, high-complexity testing environment.
* Medical Technologist certification (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent) required.
* Florida Supervisor License required.
* Strong knowledge of CAP, CLIA, and laboratory regulatory standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
