Supervisor

Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Top-Out Supervisor to lead and manage residential plumbing top-out operations. This position plays a critical role in coordinating crews, maintaining schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets company standards and project deadlines.

Position Summary

The Top-Out Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day top-out plumbing activities on assigned projects. This role requires strong field leadership, technical plumbing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, foremen, and other trades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct top-out plumbing crews on commercial job sites
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet project timelines
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code requirements
  • Monitor material usage and coordinate with warehouse and project management teams
  • Conduct jobsite walkthroughs to ensure quality control and workmanship standards
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members
  • Enforce company safety policies and jobsite procedures
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and manpower needs to management

Qualifications

  • Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, with top-out supervision strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership and crew management experience
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as project demands require
