We are searching for Production Associate I to join the Cadence team!  As a Production Associate, you will assemble and test products, maintain accurate records and documentation, and performing inspections on products.

The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and a desire to learn.  The following qualifications/experience set is also helpful: 

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and understand process documents.
  • Experience operating in a procedure-driven environment.
  • Must have basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Experience in assembly/manufacturing environment, MIM (Metal Injection experience is preferred.
  • Good hand dexterity and ability to use a microscope.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, unassisted.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
