MAINTENANCE I

Key Result Area:

Perform maintenance services to ensure a smooth-running operation. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complies with all Company policies and procedures which includes Substance Abuse policy but not limited to.
• Adhered to all safety and operational practices.
• Willing to participate in ALL4Zero Safety Program.
• Maintain preventive maintenance in accordance with a daily checklist and adjustments to the plant equipment and machinery,
• Perform mechanical repairs on batching equipment, unloading equipment, rolling stock and company vehicles,
• Perform all mechanical and electrical tasks,
• Fabrication and welding as needed for production and special projects. 
• Perform routine maintenance within the site (changing light bulbs, ballast, etc.),
• Perform minor construction repairs, valve replacements, outlets changed,
• Perform plumbing repairs,
• Perform major electrical tasks including electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and electrical repairs,
• Change a/c filters (unless too time consuming, currently outsourced),
• Complete work orders and various other tracking devices,
• Responsible for housekeeping throughout plant’s areas,
• Adhered to safety and operational practices,
• Ability to work with Teams and alone,
• Complies with all Company policies and procedures
• Able to work any shift,
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Able to perform and understands LOTO processes and ensure the optimal procedures are followed for meeting company’s objectives.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED),5+ years mechanical and electrical experience, Experienced in PLCs. 

Required Skills:

• Strong mechanical background
• Strong Electrical background
• High level of organizational skills
• Able to work at heights and possible heavy lifting.
• Can read and understand directions and goals set forth by the Production Manager or Shift Supervisor,
• Capable of wearing a respirator, hardhat, and safety glasses,
