POSITION SUMMARY

To load parts onto the line by sales order, color, and any special criteria.

Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Load parts densely while keeping up with the line speed.
Load parts so they do not hold water.
Rotate to different positions when needed.
Able to communicate with team members.
Use the labels to identify what part the color is.
Understands the QCDSM boards and contributes to continuous improvement activities in the department

ATTRIBUTES

Lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to take direction.
Function in a fast-paced environment.
Able to differentiate parts of different colors.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Degree or GED preferred
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to read prints.
Flexible in their work schedule and able to work 10 hours a day for a 4-6 month period
Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high-quality product
Must maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
