Prepare, bake and present pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods for restaurants, banquets, and catering events. Execute daily baking and pastry production according to recipes and production schedules. Set up and maintain displays of sweet rolls, croissants, breads, and desserts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Review banquet event orders (BEOs) and production sheets to ensure accurate preparation for events. Decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts to meet presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety standards. Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation guidelines. Assist Pastry Chef or Bakery Supervisor with additional kitchen and bakery tasks as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of bakery, baking or pastry experience (high-volume production preferred)Â Ability to follow recipes, productions schedules, and banquet order accurately Culinary school training preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years or older.
