Enjoy working outdoors on the water? Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Lakefront Maintenance Attendant and help maintain our marina, beach, and shoreline areas. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, boating, and keeping outdoor spaces clean and safe for guests.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of marina, piers, beach, and shoreline areas
- Install, remove, and maintain seasonal docks and water equipment
- Perform minor repairs (tightening hardware, replacing boards, reporting damage)
- Clean piers daily from the Lake House to the Marina
- Operate or assist with weed harvesting equipment to remove debris and aquatic weeds
- Rake and maintain the beach for a clean, guest-friendly environment
- Collect, transport, and dispose of debris and weeds
- Track daily work, including weed removal and fuel usage
- Support general maintenance projects when lakefront activity is low
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Prior boating experience preferred (launching, loading/unloading, operating equipment)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Safety-focused and detail-oriented
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Outdoor, physically demanding role
- Exposure to sun, heat, water, and changing weather conditions
- Frequent lifting, bending, and manual labor
- Work near and on water, including use of equipment and small watercraft
