If you’re looking for a workplace that values teamwork, innovation, sustainability, and personal growth, Radius Packaging is where you belong.   SUMMARY OF POSITION:         The Quality Technician is a hands‑on role responsible for ensuring safe, high‑quality plastic packaging through in‑process testing, inspections, and equipment verification across Blow Molding and Injection Molding operations. This role partners closely with Operations to ensure products meet customer specifications, food safety standards, and internal quality requirements while identifying, documenting, and driving resolution of quality non‑conformances. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or advance a career in manufacturing, quality, or engineering. JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Perform in‑process inspections, measurements, and equipment audits to ensure compliance with customer and quality specifications Verify correct packaging, labeling, and traceability of finished goods Identify, document, and contain non‑conforming product to prevent customer impact Record quality checks, defects, and corrective actions using RedZone Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Verify sanitation and cleanliness of molding equipment per ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards Maintain and operate quality equipment such as scales, vision systems, leak detectors, and date coders Assist with new product launches, quality training, and specification reviews Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to reduce scrap, rework, and customer complaints Shift Schedule: We have flexible working hours for this position 2-2-3 4-4 Monday- Friday Weekends Pay:  $19.50   Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Ability to work both independently and in an active team atmosphere, ensuring that time, projects, and deadline commitments are met. Willingness to preform risk assessment determination and decision making to reduce or eliminate internal and external customer exposure to product non-conformances. Must be able to safely operate touch-sensitive, highly automated technical equipment related to the Quality Technician role.
