About the Role: As a Shift Supervisor, you will report to the Plant Manager and take full ownership of shift-level performance across five key pillars: Safety, Quality, OEE, Material Yield, and Member Engagement. You’ll lead from the front—working directly on the manufacturing floor, coaching team members, and driving results. Key Responsibilities: Hands-On Production Duties: Operate and troubleshoot blow/injection molding and downstream equipment. Lead RedZone performance metrics and technician accountability. Prioritize staffing and material staging to optimize safety and efficiency. Identify and escalate maintenance needs via work order systems. Leadership & Supervisory Duties: Lead by example to create a safe, efficient, and engaged production floor. Manage staffing, labor planning, and technical task assignments. Hold team members accountable through real-time coaching and performance management. Drive participation in continuous improvement, safety programs, and 6S initiatives. Oversee onboarding, training, and compliance with Food Safety and GMP standards. Data-Driven Execution: Monitor performance data to improve uptime, reduce scrap, and drive quality. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, and Human Development teams. Address and act on shift-level challenges and improvement opportunities in real-time.
