Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Seasonal

What You’ll Do
- Operate mowers, tractors, and light equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain tee boxes, fairways, greens, and surrounding turf areas
- Mow greens, tees, and approaches using walk-behind and riding equipment
- Edge cart paths, bunkers, and turf areas
- Rake and maintain sand bunkers
- Apply divot mix to tees and driving range areas
- Perform weed control and trimming around trees, bunkers, and curbs
- Assist with sod installation and turf repairs
- Water greens and monitor course conditions
- Remove debris such as leaves and maintain overall course appearance
- Support additional tasks as directed by the superintendent
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous golf course, landscaping, or grounds experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate or learn to operate maintenance equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, bending, and manual labor
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Work Environment
- Outdoor role in all weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity, rain)
- Moderate to loud noise from equipment
- Physically active, hands-on work
