Warehouse Specialist

Job Description

• Partners with operations to anticipate, assess and meet inventory needs. • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems. • Validates the delivered items against the purchase orders. • Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves. • Processes and/or approves invoices for payment. • Assists accounting team with reconciling purchase orders and satisfying audit needs. • Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures. • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. • Performs Quarterly Inventory Counts on materials, equipment, and hardware supplies in stock. • Reports discrepancies between physical counts and computer records. • Assists with developing and improving upon inventory management procedures. • Stocks and distributes supplies, equipment and merchandise. • Manages Equipment Cores for return to the appropriate supplier for credits. • Parts runner within Midland/Odessa area for manufacturing facility • Parts runner for Permian Basin area, taking parts to field locations as needed from manufacturing location. • Assist warehouse in receiving parts as needed. • Assist yard supervisor with items needing to be performed as needed. • Maintain designated supplies
