Job DetailsJob Location: Delaware, OH 43015Therapist - First Episode Psychosis Program Make a difference at a critical moment in someone’s mental health journey. We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled Therapist to join a specialized team providing services to individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis related to mental illness in our Delaware and Morrow County offices. In this role, you’ll provide trauma-informed, recovery-focused counseling while working collaboratively with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to promote engagement, stability, and long-term recovery. Responsibilities: Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions to assigned clients. Conduct outreach and engagement activities to establish and maintain relationships with clients who may be hesitant to participate in services. Develop supportive, trusting relationships that encourage continued engagement and recovery. Provide psychoeducation, supportive counseling, and skill-building interventions. Assist clients in identifying personal goals and developing strategies to improve functioning and quality of life. Provide occasional case management services to assigned clients. Participate in team meetings, care coordination, and collaborative treatment planning. Connect clients with community resources and other support as appropriate. QualificationsRequirements: LSW/LPC required; master’s degree strongly preferred. Experience with SPMI and/or SUD population required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills. Knowledge of community resources and healthcare services. Valid driver's license and insurance.
