The Maintenance Specialist/Technician is responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the production facilities. This role requires strong hands‑on technical skills, the ability to perform maintenance tasks safely and efficiently, and adherence to established work procedures and OEM guidelines.
•The position plays a critical role in supporting facility uptime, equipment reliability, inventory management, and day‑to‑day maintenance operations.
Process Safety / Asset Integrity / Occupational HSE:
•Responsible for the compliance to all procedures as defined in the OPF PSAIM standard, and any Facility Specific Procedure.
•Responsible for Permit To Work Procedures adherence and for maintaining the site clean/organized at all times
•Responsible for the SQ and HSE Incident Reporting, Remedial Work Plan closure.
•Responsible for the safety of Personnel at the location
Maintenance Activities:
•Perform routine and corrective maintenance as per standard procedures and OEM guidelines.
•Raise daily PTWs (Permits to Work) in line with PMRs, CMRs, and JCFs.
•Review and close PMRs and CMRs in MAXIMO/CMMS with focus on minimizing equipment downtime.
•Provide hands‑on support to the maintenance team during daily maintenance tasks.
•Execute maintenance on process equipment, rotating and static machinery, instruments, and DCS/PLC systems.
•Conduct daily condition monitoring of critical equipment and report abnormalities immediately.
•Perform routine walk‑arounds to identify leaks, unusual noise, or equipment/instruments deterioration.
•Maintain the workshop, tools, and tool registers; report damaged or missing tools promptly.
•Support plant inventory management, yearly audits of spares, and verification of SAP vs. physical stock.
•Maintain consumables inventory and raise requests for replenishment. Ensure proper issuance of materials using MIV (Material Issuance Voucher) procedures.
•Inspect M&S items stored in warehouses to ensure proper preservation.
•Participate in troubleshooting discussions and perform hands‑on troubleshooting on equipment issues.
•Review instrumentation, electrical drawings/schematics for troubleshooting and/or LOTO.
•Acquainted with LOTO/Rack-In & Rack-Out mechanism of all electrical equipments in E-House.

Education Qualification:
•B-Tech Diploma (Instrumentation/Electrical/I&E) or equivalent degree
Experience:
•Minimum 10 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in Crude Oil and Gas Processing facilities.
•Strong functional and technical expertise with the ability to perform maintenance tasks in production facilities with a high level of workmanship.
•Physically capable of lifting up to 20 kg without medical limitations.
•Ability to work at height, including climbing elevated platforms, with no acrophobia.
•Proven experience communicating effectively with managers and peers, both verbally and in writing.
Expertise:
•Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and executing PTWs in accordance with safety and operational standards.
•Maintenance (O&M) experience in Gas, Oil, and Produced Water Processing facilities of similar scale and complexity.
•Strong background in preventive and corrective maintenance of process equipment.
•Ability to read, interpret, and review equipment, instrument, and electrical drawings.
