Loan Servicing Clerk

Description

The Loan Servicing Clerk performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to service all types of real estate loans. Applicant must pass a background check.

Job duties:

• Perform various mortgage servicing tasks, such as boarding mortgages onto the core and maintaining borrowers' information
• Scan and file mortgage-related documents
• Monitor escrow; process tax and insurance payments
• Prepare and review various documents and reports

Requirements

• Familiarity with mortgage-related documents and escrow
• 1-2 years experience in a professional office setting
• Excellent time management, communication, and telephone skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Highly organized and accurate
