Description
This position is 40 hours a week and requires a Saturday rotation. Applicant must pass a background check and credit check.
Hourly Wage: $18.03
Primary Duties:
- Answer main phone line and greet customers in lobby area
- Assist customers with general questions regarding their accounts
- Resolve debit card and internet banking issues
- Arrange appointments for customers with bank personnel
- Accept deliveries
- Perform various office & administrative tasks
Requirements
- Excellent telephone and people skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
