Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol Driver in Delphi, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide professional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production-area access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor visitor, employee, and contractor access in accordance with site requirements, documenting observations and escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
