Calling All Construction Accounting Specialists

Delray Beach, FL (Onsite | Monday–Friday)

Flexible Schedule: 7–4, 8–5, or 9–6

$70K–$80K+ (based on experience) + discretionary bonus + generous benefits

A privately owned, well-established construction company in Delray Beach is looking for an experienced Construction Bookkeeper to join their team.

This is a hands-on role within a stable organization where you’ll gain exposure across multiple areas of construction finance and play a key role in day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting day-to-day accounting operations across AP, AR, job costing, purchasing, and project accounting
• Working closely with a team of 8 accounting professionals
• Working with financials including balance sheet and income statement
• Assisting with and adapting to an ERP transition
• Contributing as a true “doer” — this is not a supervisory/delegation role

✅ What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Construction accounting experience required (GC or subcontractor)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (conversion/migration experience is a big advantage)
• Strong understanding of core accounting functions (AP, AR, job costing, financials)
• Someone adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ability to take feedback, problem-solve, and operate independently
