Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global Supply Chain Analyst to
join our Supply Chain team. This key role is responsible for supporting our global supply chain operations, focusing on international logistics, inventory transit, and coordination with third-party logistics providers (3PLs). The ideal candidate will be based in Delray Beach, FL, and will report directly to the Global Supply Chain and Inventory Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate logistics activities with our suppliers and international 3PL partners to ensure timely and efficient management of purchase orders.

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for outbound international shipments and inventory transit across global markets.

  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, transit statuses, and logistics performance metrics.

  • Assist in optimizing global supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance for international shipments, inbound and outbound transit.

  • Provide regular KPI updates and maintain supply chain databases.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in global supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.

  • Strong understanding of international shipping, customs, and transit regulations.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a focus on international partners.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Proficient in NetSuite or comparable ERP, WMS software, Microsoft Excel and
