Laborer

Assurance Power Systems is growing and looking to add a Laborer to our team. This role is ideal for someone dependable, hardworking, and eager to grow within the trades. You’ll support underground electrical and gas installations, assist with generator setups, and help maintain organized, professional job sites.

What You Will Do:

• Represent the company professionally upon arrival at each job site

• Run underground PVC electrical lines and gas conduits

• Plant shrubs to screen equipment

• Assist with setting generators

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly inventoried truck

What You Will Bring:

• Willingness to complete a pre‑employment drug test and background check

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Commitment to continuous improvement

• OSHA 30 certification

Compensation

$18.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
