Parts Coordinator

Atlantic Refrigeration has been servicing our clients in South Florida since 1962 and we are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist customers in a professional and efficient manner.

· Complete purchase orders and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

· Utilize industry data – including manuals and electronic data – to determine specific parts needed by customers, as well as diagnostic assistance to customers.

· Contact vendors to order parts.

· Review invoices to ensure parts received accurately reflect parts ordered on original requisition forms.

· Store parts in designated area and issue parts to service department/customers as needed.

· Maintain records of parts received and distributed; inventory parts in warehouse periodically.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Knowledge of AC Parts is a must

·Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure

· Solid communication skills both written and verbal

· Proficient computer skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills
· HVAC Parts ordering a plus

· Service Titan experience is a plus
