Royal Palm Beach Medical Group is pleased to offer you the full-time position of Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at our Deltona, Florida office. We are building a patient-centered primary care practice that pairs high-quality clinical care with a predictable schedule, manageable patient volume, and strong on-site and virtual support.

Base Salary | $109,000 per year

Compensation and Review
A formal performance and compensation review will be conducted after approximately six months of employment. Any salary adjustment will be based on performance, responsibilities, patient-care quality, productivity, and practice growth, with a potential adjustment up to $110,000 annually at that review.
Schedule and Patient Care Model
The position is designed around a four-day clinical workweek, generally totaling approximately 32-36 scheduled hours. The specific days and hours will be mutually agreed upon based on patient-access and practice-coverage needs.
Predictable daytime schedule. No routine weekend or evening clinic. No routine on-call responsibilities. Dedicated time for timely charting and clinical documentation. Initial target of approximately 18-22 patients per clinical day. No routine excessive double-booking or unsustainable patient volume
Clinical and Administrative Support
The Deltona office will provide on-site Medical Assistants focused primarily on direct patient-care support, including:
Patient rooming, vital signs, medication reconciliation, and chart preparation. EKGs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and injections within permitted scope. Assistance with minor procedures, exam-room readiness, supplies, and patient flow

A dedicated
Virtual Medical Assistant will handle routine administrative work, including phone calls, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, prior authorizations, faxes, referral coordination, medical-record requests, and routine administrative or pharmacy communications. This structure is intended to keep the FNP's time focused on clinical care.

Primary Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive, wellness, and comprehensive primary-care examinations
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education and counseling
Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
Prescribe and manage medications within applicable scope and law
Coordinate specialist referrals and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic results
Maintain timely, accurate electronic medical-record documentation
Collaborate with the Medical Director and care team as appropriate
Participate in quality-improvement and preventive-care initiatives
Maintain all required Florida licensure, certification, DEA registration, and credentialing

Current Family Nurse Practitioner board certification.
