Title: Collections Trainer                   Â
Reports To: Director of Training              Hours: Monday – Friday 8am -5 pm, 9am - 6pmÂ

Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Training and Development, the Training Specialist is responsible for upholding organizational talent standards by delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include.Â
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring effective communication of training content.
- Assist in designing and developing training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and other learning resources tailored to organizational needs.
- Develop and implement assessments to measure training effectiveness and participant progress, using feedback to enhance future sessions.
- Collaborate with the Director of Training to assess training needs and schedule appropriate training programs for employees.
- Establish systems to monitor employee performance in alignment with training objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures during training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, addressing questions and concerns.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in collections.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a classroom training environment.
- Experience in a call center is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
