What You’ll Do As an LPN/RN, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and attention overnight. QualificationsEducation & Experience Requirements: Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program. Licensure & Certifications: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa. CPR and First Aid certification (or must be obtained upon hire). Additional certifications (e.g., wound care, IV therapy) may be required or preferred depending on specific duties. Experience: Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric care settings. Experience in supervisory roles and leadership is a plus.
