Responsibilities

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. POSITION SUMMARY:

Supervises the daily activities of all cleaning and linen staff at facilities.


Qualifications

  • Reading and numerical competency.
  • At least one (1) year experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Requires good interpersonal and supervisory skills with the ability to teach/train both one-on-one and in large group
    settings. Must be highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and quality oriented with a
    high attention to detail. Must possess strong customer service and time management skills. Must have basic
    computer skills.

    • Creates a safety-conscious work environment where employees feel free to raise safety concerns without
    intimidation, harassment, discrimination, or fear of retaliation.
    • Demonstrates commitment to safety in decisions and behaviors.

    commensurate with their significance.
