Strategy Director

We are looking for a Strategy Director to help shape and grow the strategy unit within NoA Denmark.

This is a senior role combining strategic advisory, client leadership and business development. You will work with senior stakeholders across NoA and with clients to identify the challenges that matter most, develop commercially meaningful solutions and build long-term relationships.

At the same time, you will help shape how the strategy unit develops: what we offer, how we work and where we can create the greatest value across the NoA network.

The North Alliance (NoA) is one of the leading strategic and creative networks in the Nordics, with around 900 people across the group. In Denmark, the NoA family includes &Co, NoA Ignite, Bold, NoA Health and NoA Connect.

We bring together strategy, creativity, design, technology and specialist expertise to help ambitious organisations create growth. The strategy unit works across NoA, supporting its agencies and clients with senior strategic thinking focused on one question: what value does marketing create for the business?

We work from business challenges and outcomes, connecting marketing strategy to commercial priorities and helping clients make better decisions about where to focus and how to create impact. The unit is newly established, so this is an opportunity to help shape how it develops from an early stage.

The position

As Strategy Director, you will have a senior advisory role with responsibility for both client work and the continued development of the strategy unit.

You will:

• Advise senior client stakeholders on complex business, marketing and growth challenges

• Lead strategic engagements from problem definition through to actionable recommendations

• Connect marketing and brand strategy to commercial priorities and measurable business outcomes

• Work closely with NoA's agencies and specialists to bring the right expertise to each challenge

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships

• Help shape the strategy unit's offering, ways of working and commercial direction

• Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders both within NoA and with clients

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to combine strategic thinking with commercial responsibility and help build something from the ground up.

Your profile

We are looking for a senior strategist with significant experience in a client-facing role, ideally from consulting, an agency or an in-house strategy function.

You have:

• Strong experience in marketing, commercial and/or business strategy, built on hands-on work with market research, modelling and business cases

• A track record of turning strategic thinking into business impact you can quantify, and comfort with how marketing effect is measured

• The ability to navigate complex challenges and bring clarity to senior decision-makers

• Strong commercial instincts and experience developing client relationships and new business

• Credibility and confidence when working with senior stakeholders

• An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build, not just deliver

• A collaborative approach and the ability to bring different disciplines together

You are intellectually curious, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership. You care about the quality of the thinking, but equally about what it leads to.
