Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid approved home health agency operating in nine Western Pennsylvania counties. What we’re looking for in an Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is required; experience with EMR software is recommended
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

 

What you’ll do as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

  • Submit accurate invoices in a timely manner to various payers
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts by communicating with insurance companies and/or patients
  • Maintain organized records of accounts receivable transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes
