What You'll Do As An Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process and pay vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Respond to questions from vendors and team members regarding invoices and payments
• Follow up on vendor statements and resolve past-due invoices
• Maintain petty cash records
• Assist with the monthly accounts payable closing process
• Keep organized and accurate financial records

What We're Looking For In An Accounts Payable Specialist

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
