Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid approved home health agency operating in nine Western Pennsylvania counties. For well over a decade, Concordia Visiting Nurses has provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and a variety of therapy services to our patients. What you’ll do as a Home Health Aide HHA:

  • Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in activities to promote well-being.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including the safe use of assistive devices like wheelchairs and walkers.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
