Description

Trio Hospice is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. We are looking for a full-time RN who is passionate about providing quality hospice to our community-based patients in Denton, TX and the surrounding areas.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:


  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Perform client assessments
  • Case management and coordination
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications:


  • Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License in hand
  • A minimum of one-year clinical experience is preferred
  • Hospice experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice
  • Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
  • HCHB EMR knowledge is desired
