Invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Chemistry. We seek  candidates with expertise in Biochemistry, Chemical biology, or a closely related field who is committed to excellence in teaching, research, mentorship, and service. The successful candidate will be expected to :  

1) teach undergraduate and graduate chemistry and science courses; 2) establish a nationally recognized research program; 3) mentor  and guide undergraduate and Master's students in innovative research projects within our new state-of-the-art research facility; and 4) collaborate effectively within the division, college, and university, and 5) contribute to the division, college, and university through service.

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline, postdoctoral research experience is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching expertise and research interests in biochemistry, biological chemistry, or related areas
