Aerones is on the lookout for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. Your expertise in understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions will be essential in fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Aerones’ services to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in order to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within a technology or engineering environment.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
