Accounts Payable Specialist

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:
- Be responsible for processing high-volume, full-cycle AP
- Onboard and frequently communicate with vendors
- Reconcile vendor accounts
- Assist with month-end close responsibilities
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the AP Manager

Preferred Qualifications for Accounts Payable Specialist candidates:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience with larger accounting systems
- Proficient with MS Excel
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication

The Accounts Payable Specialist will have the opportunity to work from home twice a week and in their beautiful downtown office three times a week!
